The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Police Activities League (TCSO PAL) was established in 1993 as a means to combat juvenile delinquency, violence, and gang involvement. As a youth outreach organization TCSO PAL’s mission is to create safer communities by fostering positive bonds between deputies, youth, and their communities via mentorship opportunities, sports and recreational activities, and life enriching youth programs. We believe by bringing young people under the guidance and influence of positive law enforcement, youth will likely come to respect the laws enforced by police officers. Thus, creating a long-lasting impact in the youth and community at large.
